Fixed package system for stars?

This could be quite shocking to all the heroes and other top technicians of Tollywood for sure. As per our sources, it is learnt that, AP Film Chamber of Commenrce (APFCC) has decided to introduce a Fixed Package System for Tollywood Stars who have been charging over Rs 1 crore remuneration per film.

As per this new system, Heroes, Directors and Actresses will be receiving only a part of their pay package as fixed remuneration prior to the release. The remaining amount would be handed over to them only when the film turns successful. In case if the film bombed at the Box Office, Producers, Distributors and Exhibitors would use this amount to cover up their losses to some extent.

Already, Distributors and Exhibitors have held two meeting to discuss the issue. The new rules of Film Chamber might come into effect any time soon.

These guys have decided which fine on their part. But , the point is, How would Tollywood stars react to the ‘Fixed Package System’? That’s a million dollar question now. Let’s wait and see.
