తమిళ హీరో విశాల్ నటించిన తాజా చిత్రం “పూజా” విడుదలయిన అన్ని సెంటర్లలోనూ బాగా ఆడుతోంది. మామూలుగా ఏ సినిమా అయినా ఏదో ఒక వర్గం ప్రేక్షకులకి నచ్చుతుంది కానీ, “పూజా” మాత్రం అన్ని వర్గాల ప్రేక్షకులని మెప్పించి, విజయపథంలో దూసుకుపోతోంది. ఈ సందర్భంగా శుక్రవారం హైదరాబాద్‌లో నిర్వహించిన సక్సెస్‌మీట్‌లో విశాల్ మాట్లాడారు. ‘‘హరితో ఏడేళ్ల క్రితం ‘భరణి’ చేశాను. మళ్లీ ఇన్నాళ్లకు తనతో పనిచేసే అవకాశం చిక్కింది.

ఇద్దరం కలిసి సినిమా చేద్దామనుకున్నప్పుడే కుటుంబ ప్రేక్షకులకు కూడా నచ్చే కథ కావాలని తనతో చెప్పాను. అనుకున్నట్టే అందరికీ నచ్చే కథ తయారు చేశాడు. ఇప్పుడు అన్ని చోట్లా మంచి స్పందన వస్తోంది. నిర్మాణంలో ఉన్నప్పుడు ఏదైతే హైలైట్ అవుతాయని అనుకున్నానో అవన్నీ హైలైట్ అవ్వడం ఆనందంగా ఉంది. రాధిక, సత్యరాజు కాంబినేషన్ సన్నివేశాలు, సంభాషణలు బాగా పండాయి. హరితో తప్పకుండా మళ్లీ ఓ సినిమా చేస్తాను’’ అని చెప్పారు. విశాల్ మంచి నటుడే కాక మంచి నిర్మాత కూడా అనీ, యాక్షన్ సీన్స్ బాగా రక్తి కట్టించారనీ హరి ప్రశంసించారు.

మళ్లీ మొదలవడం ఏమిటి….ఆల్రెడీ మొదలయి దాదాపు మూడేళ్లు కావస్తుంటే అనుకుంటున్నారా? మరేం లేదండీ….. మీరు అనుకున్నట్టుగానే “బాహుబలి” షూటింగ్ దాదాపు గత మూడెల్లనుంది నడుస్తోంది. ఎన్నో అవాంతరాలు వచ్చినా, ఎక్కడ విరామం లేకుండా సాగిపోతోంది. అందుకే దీపావళి సందర్భంగా ఆ చిత్ర యూనిట్ సభ్యులంతా “బాహుబలి” షూటింగ్ కి ఒక్కరోజు విరామం తీసుకున్నారు. మళ్లీ ఈరోజు నుండి షూటింగ్ రామోజీ ఫిల్మ్ సిటీ లో మొదలైంది.

టాలీవుడ్ మోస్ట్ సక్సెఫుల్ డైరెక్టర్ ఎస్ఎస్ రాజమౌళి ప్రస్తుతం దర్శకత్వం వహిస్తున్న సినిమా ‘బాహుబలి’. గత రెండు సంవత్సరాలుగా ఈ సినిమా సెట్స్ పై ఉంది. ఈ చిత్ర టీం గత నాలుగైదు నెలల నుంచి ఏ మాత్రం విశ్రాంతి లేకుండా శరవేగంగా షూటింగ్ చేస్తున్నారు. ఎట్టకేలకు వెళ్ళు దీపావళి సందర్భంగా ఒక్క రోజు షూటింగ్ కి గ్యాప్ ఇచ్చారు. ప్రసతుతం ప్రభాస్ తదితరులపై కొన్ని సీన్స్ ని షూట్ చేస్తున్నారు.

యంగ్ రెబల్ స్టార్ ప్రభాస్ హీరోగా నటిస్తున్న ఈ సినిమాలో రానా ప్రభాస్ బ్రోతె గా కనిపిస్తుంటే అనుష్క, తమన్నా హీరోయిన్స్ గా నటిస్తున్నారు. విజువల్ వండర్ గా ఉండేలా తీస్తున్న ఈ సినిమా కోసం హాలీవుడ్ టెక్నీషియన్స్ కూడా పనిచేస్తున్నారు. ఈ సినిమాని రెండు పార్ట్స్ గా మన ముందుకు తీసుకురానున్నారు. అందులో ఒక పార్ట్ ని 2015 ఏప్రిల్ లో రిలీజ్ చెయ్యడానికి ప్లాన్ చేస్తుంటే, రెండవ పార్ట్ 2016 సంక్రాంతికి రిలీజ్ చెయ్యడానికి ప్లాన్ చేస్తున్నారు.

All routes clear for “Katthi” arrival

Finally after so many obstacles, Ilayadalapathi Vijay, Samantha’s entertainer “Kaththi” has cleared all grounds and getting ready for a grand release shortly, they say. A.R Muragodoss directorial “Katthi” was supposed to be released some time back but was held due to some controversies.

Pro Tamil groups have been opposing the film’s release over one of the producers of Lyca Productions close links with Srilankan president Mahinda Rajapaksa, whom these groups accuse of indulging in genocide of Tamils in Srilanka.

Filmmakers after discussions with the protesting groups promised to release the film removing the names of Lyca producers. As such advance bookings for the film opened in theatres across Tamil Nadu.

However a mob attacked theaters which opened advanced bookings for Kaththi scheduled for 24 ,October release and hurled petrol bombs on Sathyam and Woodland theaters in Chennai last night.

Tamizhar Vazhvurimai Katchi, the Tamil outfit protesting against ‘Kaththi went on to defend the attacks saying they didn’t receive communication from the filmmakers.
